Weston city: Home For Sale in Weston City
The City of Weston was first amassed in 1950 by Arthur Vining Davis who was the original owner of Weston’s primary developer, Arvida.
Over the course of the following years, plans were arranged as to how the land would be urbanized and how that development would be financed. And the area now known as Bonaventure was sold to be urbanized independently.
The name of the Arvida development was changed from Indian Trace to Weston. In 1984 the first beautiful homes were built in Windmill Ranch and Country Isles, and by this way Weston had its first inhabitants. Weston became a city on September 3rd, 1996.
Weston City is now very well recognized as the city of Arts & Culture, beautiful homes, recreational activities for all ages, golf, tennis and principally for its family oriented community.
The city has the lowest crime rate in Broward County. Real Estate investments are very well sited.
