Doral Estates: Doral Communities

The community of Doral Estates is highlighted by three major residential areas. They are known as “The Homes of Doral Estates”, “Doral Colony Townhomes” and “The Fairway Villas”. These communities walk through wonderful lakes and the six golf courses of the legendary Doral Country Club allowing residents to drive to the club in their own golf-carts.

The Homes of Doral Estates

This is the first known community in Doral Estates and perhaps one of the most impressive of The City of Doral. It is considered a high-status place to live where many of its homes were especially designed by independent architects. The community of “The Homes of Doral Estates” has pleasantly developed over twenty years until the present days. Privacy is everything for its residents. All front entrances are extremely secured. Most of these homes have their own pools. However, residents use to share with Doral Colony a community pool as well as tennis courts.

Doral Colony Townhomes

This community has been built in two periods. The first one in 1983 and the other one in 1988. Homes count with panoramic lake view along with golf sights. The first phase of Doral Colony is divided into: Unit A which is a one story, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath at 2006 square feet. Unit C, a two story, 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath at 2129 square feet. Unit D,
A two story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath at 2350 square feet, and Unit E a one story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath at 2378 square feet. All stories count with double garages, fireplaces and very beautiful interior atriums.
The second phase was built with four models: Barcelona and Marbella, one story each, Portofino and Seville, two story each.

The Fairway Homes

It is the newest community in Doral Estates, these marvellous homes were completed in 1992. All homes have splendid views and are very spacious. Most properties count with private pools and screened terraces. These homes are very much valuable in the Real Estate market. Home sales are very much acclaimed in this area. Three models have been used to build them: The Augusta, The Balmoral and The Cypress Point.
