Evaluating a Real Estate Agent: The Listing Presentation
 |
 |
It is known that after getting a Real Estate license, the majority of agents connect to their local Association of Realtors and, of course, the National Association of Realtors which is a well known registered entity that identifies all Real Estate Agents that are subscribed to its strict code of ethics. It is known as the biggest professional trade association in the world. Realtors mostly share information on the properties they are marketing throughout the Multiple Listing Service ( MLS ), and these are, by far, the Real Estate Agents who will give the buyer a better approach to homes for sale in a particular area. Whether you are determined to buy a home or sell a property, you can evaluate a Real Estate Agent by invite him for a meeting and ask him to show you a “listing presentation”. A listing presentation contains a Realtor’s review about the basis and motivations why you are supposed to list with that particular Agent. There is also an explanation of the type of assistance he will be making for you in regards to selling a home or buying a property. |
