The difference that was made in the purchase of our condo in Aventura, Florida was nothing short of amazing, due simply by allowing BLUE ONE Realty do what they love to do and do best.  This is a second home for us and having Natalia Arias as our realtor allowed us to make an informed decision regarding the type of property that would best suit our needs as well as the location. We live in the Midwest and had to gain knowledge about the Miami real estate market in terms of neighborhoods, locations within neighborhoods, community profiles, real estate taxes, condo fee variance and amenities. Natalia listened to our needs and worked hard to focus our search while offering a broad variety of properties along the way. This provided us with context and made us very comfortable with the final outcome. Next came the inspection period, where Natalia’s expertise was invaluable. She was just as involved in the inspection as the inspector’s themselves making sure the list of key items were in perfect order. Once that phase was completed we were faced with putting in the finishing touches to the property which was a new development in need of flooring and painting. She continued to work with us post sale recommending contractors that also went above and beyond in terms of their consultation, professionalism, timeliness and quality craftsmanship.
